Processing and delivery

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

Standard orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage, typically taking 2–5 business days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates and are separate from processing time.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also follow your delivery through your order status page.

Shipping charges and packaging

Shipping charges for standard-sized orders are calculated at checkout and include postage, protective packing materials, and boxes. Each piece is carefully packed for transit, and larger orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Ordering several pieces? If shipping isn’t available at checkout, please contact us with the items, quantities, and delivery ZIP code. We’ll calculate shipping and send you an invoice with a payment link.
